焦化废水处理与工程试运行控制

摘    要:在焦炭的生产过程中会产生大量的焦化废水,其废水主要来源于配合煤炼焦、煤气净化、化产回收以及厂区生活污水等环节。焦化废水中含有大量有毒有害及难降解物质,若直接排放会对环境造成严重的污染。临涣焦化目前采用的是A—A—O工艺,处理这种焦化废水,通过对该厂酚氰废水处理工段各项工艺参数一段时间的试运行控制,目前该工艺运行稳定,处理后水质达到(GB13456-1992)中的二级排放标准。

Abstract:The production process of coke would generate a lot of coking wastewater, mainly coming out of coal blend coking, gas purification, recovery of chemical products and sanitary sewage in plant area and other sections. The coking wastewater contains a large amount of toxic, hazardous and biorefraetory compounds, if discharged directly would cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment. At present, A-A-O processing technology is adopted in Linhuan coking to treat this coking wastewater. After the commissioning operation control of various technological parameters in different phenolcyanogen wastewater treatment processes for a period of time, which technology is now stably running, the after treatment water quality can meet the second grade of the national discharge standards.
