埋地城市燃气管道三通失效有限元分析

摘    要:采用塑性有限元分析软件ANSYS,研究了操作内压和极限面外弯矩作用下埋地城市燃气管道无缺陷三通和外壁局部减薄三通的塑性失效模式。考虑几何非线性和材料非线性,分析了无缺陷三通、缺陷位于主管底部、主管腹部以及主管肩部时三通失效模式,根据三通上应力分布云图,对模型的塑性失效进行了预测,研究结果可为埋地燃气管道三通结构设计和安全评定提供理论依据和数值参考。

Abstract:In this paper, ANSYS, plastic finite element analysis software was used to evaluate the plastic failure mode for the three-way pipe without defects and with local wall-thinning under internal pressure and limit out-of-plane moment. Taking geometrical nonlinearity and material nonlinearity into consideration, failure modes for the three-way pipe without defects and with defects in the bottom, abdomen or shoulder of the three-way pipe were investigated. According to the stress distribution nephogram of the three-way pipe, plastic failure of the model was forecasted. The research results can provide theoretical bases for the structural design of buried city gas pipeline and safety assessment of three-way pipe.
