湍流传质技术在油页岩干馏装置脱硫的应用

摘    要:针对油母页岩干馏装置烟气中含有页岩油和页岩粉尘的特点和现有脱硫系统在运行中存在问题进行分析,通过对照湍流传质脱硫工艺与传统脱硫工艺技术指标,阐述了湍流传质技术在含有页岩油和页岩粉尘的烟气脱硫的应用优势。

Abstract:Because the flue gas from the oil shale retorting device contains shale oil and shale dust, the existing desulfurization system shows some problems in operation. In this paper, turbulent mass transfer desulfurization process and traditional desulphurization process were compared; advantages of the turbulent mass transfer technology in desulfurization of flue gas containing shale oil and shale dust were discussed.
