摘    要:介绍了三种被广泛采用的聚丙烯生产工艺(NTH公司的Novolen工艺、BP-Amoco公司的Innovene工艺和Basell公司的Spheripol工艺)的技术特点,对比分析了不同工艺生产的抗冲共聚聚丙烯产品的性能。结果表明不同聚合工艺生产的抗冲共聚PP的分子量及其分布、相态结构都有一定的差异。

Abstract:Technical characteristics of three polypropylene polymerization processes (Novolen process of Novolen Technology Holdings, Innovene technology of BP-the Amoco and Spheripol process of Basell) were described, and properties of impact polypropylene produced by different processes were comparatively analyzed. The results show that molecular weight and its distribution and phase structure of products produced by different process have some differences.
