摘 要: | 针对TC1钛合金小规格棒材在超声波探伤检测过程中发现的未超标的3种典型反射信号,用金相分析、扫描电镜分析以及电子探针微区成分分析手段进行了深入分析。结果发现,在3种典型反射信号波处存在高熔点、高密度异金属物夹杂、气孔孔洞以及由富钛偏析引起的孔洞裂纹等内部缺陷。

Abstract: | In-depth analyses were made on 3 typical reflected signals in ultrasonic testing examination of TC1 titanium alloy small bars, by means of metallurgical, SEM and EDS analyses. The results indicate that there exist high-melting-point and high-density metal inclusions, internal pores, as well as internal defects such as cracks caused by Ti segregation, in positions correspondent with those 3 typical reflected waves. |
