黑曲霉发酵生产壳聚糖工艺研究

摘    要:采用生物发酵法制备了壳聚糖.在常用培养基中添加酒糟进行了正交实验,确定培养基组成为:玉米浆4%、烘干磨碎酒糟4%、葡萄糖3%、硫酸镁1%.得到了摇瓶发酵和15 L发酵罐中的发酵工艺.对发酵罐发酵过程的特征参数进行了初步研究,分析了生物量、pH值、残糖含量、Mg2 含量的变化,并绘制出变化曲线.

Abstract:Chitosan was prepared by bio-fermentation.The orthogonal experiment of the culture medium with the distilled grain was carried out.The components of fermentation culture medium were determined as follows:corn steep liquor 4%,distilled grain(kilned and grinded) 4%,glucose 3%,magnesium sulfate 1%.Fermentation processes in shake flask and 15 L fermentor were obtained.The primary study on the characteristics of fermentation process in 15 L fermentor was made.The DCW,pH value,content of remained glucose,Mg2 content were analyzed and their varying curves were also described.
