| 摘 要： | 基于质量守恒和能量守恒定律建立了无油涡旋空气压缩机压缩过程数学模型,模型采用单腔控制容积法,以月形容腔作为控制容积,考虑了压缩过程中的换热效果以及气体泄漏。模型充分反映了压缩腔旋转过程中的体积、质量、温度、压力的变化过程。数学模型仿真值和压缩机的实测值吻合,达到了较好的预测效果。该研究为无油涡旋空气压缩机的设计奠定了理论基础。
