活塞压缩机进气阻力损失对容积系数的影响

摘    要:针对文献提供的活塞压缩机容积系数的确定与容积系数定义不相符问题,根据容积系数定义及气缸实际工作情况,用热力学基本关系式推导出了含有进气阻力损失的容积系数计算公式,定量分析了名义进气压力、名义压力比、膨胀指数和相对余隙容积对进气阻力损失引起的容积系数计算偏差的影响,最后,举例分析了这一偏差对确定气缸行程容积的影响,可以为活塞压缩机热力设计提供参考。
