摘    要:通过试验建立蒸汽和氮气硫化轮胎过程中的温度场模型。对测温结果进行分析后,对B型硫化机中心机构蒸汽和氮气入口进行改进,改进后的硫化机采用氮气硫化可提高成品轮胎动平衡性能20%~30%,并节约轮胎生产过程中蒸汽、过热水、电能和维修费用,降低轮胎生产成本。

Abstract:The model of temperature field for tire vulcanization with steam and nitrogen system was established by test.With analysis of temperature measurement results,the entrance for steam and nitrogen of the center part of B type curing press was modified,and the dynamic balance property of finished tire was improved to 20%~30% by using nitrogen-filled curing technology.Meanwhile,the usage of steam,superheated water and electric energy,maintenance cost and the production cost were reduced.
