摘    要:通过对防火涂料贮存后耐水性差、贮存返粗、增稠、原因研究,发现涂料基料和阻燃剂是产生涂料贮存不稳定的主要原因。采用乳液共混改性基料和微波辐射技术改性膨胀阻燃剂,显著提高了防火涂料的贮存稳定性,耐水性能由12h提高到32h,阻燃时间由23min提高到58min。

Abstract:The effects of the emulsion and intumescent systems on the storage stability and water-resistant performance of the fireproof coatings were discussed in the study.The study showed that emulsion mixed modification and micro-radiated intumescent systems have important effect on improving the storage stability and water-resistant performance,the water-resistant time increased from 12 hours to 32 hours,the flame retardant time increased from 23min to 58min.
