摘    要:以计算多体系统动力学理论为指导,建立了柴油机机械-液压调速系统的耦合动力学分析模型.分析并正确添加了构件间的约束关系、模型的初始条件以及边界条件;在此基础上模拟调速器的工作过程并对其动态特性进行分析.结果表明该模型及求解过程的可行性和可靠性,为调速系统的性能和结构优化奠定了一定基础.文中的耦合建模和求解过程也可以应用于其它液机耦合设备.

Abstract:With the instruction of computational dynamics of multi-body system, considered coupling factors between the mechanical and hydraulic system, the whole governor model used in dynamics analysis was estab- lished. Analyzed the several influence factors, the constrain relations of governor subassembly, the initial con- ditions and boundary conditions were added. Based on these, the working process of governor was simulated, and then the dynamics characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the model and the solving process are correct and credible. These pave the way for the further study about structure and capability optimum of the speed governing system. The whole analysis process provides a simple and feasible approach that can be used in other mechanical and hydraulic system.
