基于容积法的发动机油耗仪测控系统的设计

摘    要:针对传统油耗仪可靠性差、测量精度低的问题,设计了一种新型发动机油耗仪测控系统.该油耗仪基于容积法测量原理,通过在测量容器中加入浮球,利用浮球遮光来检测液面信号的方法,有效地提高了传统油耗仪的测量精度和可靠性.

Abstract:Concerning on the problem of poor reliability and low measurement precision of traditional volumetric fuel consumption meter, a new telemetering and command system of engine fuel consumption meter is designed. A floating ball coveting light to monitor liquid signal by putting a floating ball in the container is used in the system as a main method. Based on the volume measurement, this system can improve the measure precision and reliability of traditional fuel consumption meter.
