摘    要:本研究以摩托车用发动机为对象,利用内燃机连杆机构的模拟动力学模型对单缸发动机连杆出现的弯曲及断裂问题进行受力分析.通过计算连杆压缩力、燃烧室总压力、往复运动的惯性力及连杆承受的弯矩等来比较目前市场常用的四种机型连杆在工作状态所受的总应力及强度储备安全系数,发现四种机型连杆的强度储备安全系数普遍偏小,特别是152QMI发动机连杆在靠近连杆小头孔处部位更易产生弯曲或断裂.本研究为发动机连杆的设计、质量改正及故障分析提供了科学依据.

Abstract:This article mainly talks about motorcycle engines, the use of internal combustion engine simulation linkage dynamic model of single-cylinder engine connecting rod bending and fracture mechanical analysis. By calculating the connecting rod compression, combustion chamber total pressure, the inertial force of reciproca-ting motion and the other connecting rod to withstand the bending moment the four models commonly used in the current market are compared in working status. It's found that the safety factors of strength reserves of the four models are generally small, especially the small end of 152QMI engine connecting rod that the hole is nearby. This study puts forward a scientific basis for the engine connecting rod design, quality correction and fault analysis.
