| 摘 要： | 聚酯车间原热媒炉供风风机采用等速电机驱动，供风量由主风门控制。对热媒炉风机进行变频改造，将热媒炉风机的风门挡板调节改为风机电机变频调节，将原控制系统和变频控制系统融合，对上位机监控系统进行修改。改造后热效率明显提高，节能降耗，操作状况和周围环境得到了改善。

| Abstract: | Constant speed motor driving was applied to air supply blower for original heat carrier furnace in PET plant,the air supply volume was controled with the main air vent value.Frequency conversion transformation was carried out on the heat carrier furnace blower.The air vent value baffling regulation of the heat carrier furnace blower was changed into blower motor frequency conversion regulation.The original control system was combined with the frequency conversion control system.The upper computer monitored system was modified.After modification,the thermal efficency was increased obviously,the energy was saved,the operation status and surrounding environment was improved. |
