阳离子改性磺化酚醛树脂的合成及吸附性能研究

摘    要:文章通过在磺化酚醛树脂上引入季铵盐基团实现阳离子改性,提高磺化酚醛树脂的吸附性能。采用对氨基酚与卤代烃(溴乙烷)反应得到阳离子基团,然后再和磺化酚醛树脂、甲醛聚合得到阳离子改性磺化酚醛树脂,通过红外光谱验证了阳离子改性成功与否,通过紫外光谱初步测定了其在粘土上的吸附量,在粘土上最大吸附量达到12.051 mg/L。

Abstract:The paper introduced the sulfonatcd phenolic resin to achieve a cationic hyamine group modified to improve sulfonated phenolic resin adsorption properties. A halogenated hydrocarbon (bromoethane) and P-aminophenol used for the reaction of cationic group, and then, with the sulfonated phenolic resins, formaldehyde polymerized to the phenolic resin which cation-modified and sulfonated.Verified the result of cationic modification by infrared spectroscopy, and detected its adsorption on the clay by UV spectroscopy, the maximum adsorption capacity on clay reached 12.051 mg/L.
