摘    要:根据球形差动电容传感器测量微位移的原理和变压器电桥的变比为实数且稳定性高、变比精度和灵敏度高及工作频率范围较宽的特点,提出了将差动电容传感器与变压器电桥相结合的测量超导陀螺转子偏移方案并给出了各参数之间的关系,该方案能测量出转子偏移的大小和转子偏移的方向,分析了影响陀螺转子偏移测量精度的因素,指出差动电容传感器的分布电容、陀螺转子的零电位、模型误差以及激励信号频率和幅值精度是影响其测量精度的主要因素并提出了降低不利影响的方法或模型适应范围,从而为实现超导陀螺转子偏移的高精度测量提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The superconducting gyroscope(SCG) rotor's drift measurement scheme and the relationship of its parameters are presented by combining the differential capacitance sensors with a transformer bridge. The research is based on the spherical differential capacitance sensors' micro_displacement measurement principles and the transformer bridge's advantages such as the real ration with high stability and high precision,the high sensitivity and the wide band of working frequency. The benefite of this scheme is being able to measure the magnitude as well as the direction of the rotor's drift. The negative factors, which affect the SCG rotor's drift measurement precision, are also analyzed. The main negative factors are the distributing capacitance of these differential capacitance sensors, the zero potential of the rotor, the model error and the amplitude and frequency precision of the exciting signal. The methods to eliminate these negative factors and the range of application of the model are also presented, which would provide the theoretical foundation for the realization of the SCG rotor's drift high precision measurement.
