| 摘 要： | 对二氧化锆合成宝石（ZrO2晶体）的生产工艺及发展现状进行了综述。目前，我国人工合成立方ZrO2宝石的生产工艺采用先进的冷坩埚凝壳熔炼法，单炉产量达到800kg，年产ZrO2晶体4500t，已成为亚洲乃至世界人工ZrO2宝石的制造中心。但是，产品质量仍属于中低档范围，且生产能力饱和，因此，发展ZrO2单晶、多晶等用于电子工业等行业的高端产品，是合成宝石行业今后重要的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The article summarized the states of technology and development for artificial-zirconia gem(crystal ZrO2) .Now the advanced technology-"cold crucible freezing method"has been widely adopted for the production of synthetic-cubic ZrO2 in china.The output has reached 800 kg/oven and the yield has been 4 500 t/year.China has been the largest manufacture center in the Asia even in the world.But the product is still middle or lower grad and the productivity has been full.So it is very important to develop monocrystal and polycrystal ZrO2 for the applications in electronic industry with high technology. |
