电化学与生物法相结合的工业废水处理工艺

摘    要:采用三维电极电化学氧化和生物处理相结合的方法来处理难降解的印染废水.电解实验以不锈钢作为电解槽的阴、阳极,活性炭作为粒子电极,利用正交试验确定了电化学反应的最佳条件.由实验结果可知,在电流密度为60 mA/cm2,活性炭投加量为40 g,主电极极间距为7 cm的条件下电解60 min后,将电化学氧化后的废水再进行生物处理,废水中的COD去除率可达85%~87%,脱色率达到82%~92%.

Abstract:The method of combining electrochemical method of dimensional electrodes with biological method is studied,which is used to treat the dyeing wastewater.The optional condition of the electrochemical method,with the stainless steel as the anode and cathode,the activated carbon as particle electrode is attained,the best electrochemical experimental measure is confirmed using orthogona test.The result suggests that when the electrical density is 60 mA/cm2,the quantity of activated carbon is 40 g,the working ele...
