含电爆炸元件电路的PSpice模拟和实验研究

基于金属上流过脉冲大电流产生电爆炸时金属电阻率与注入能量的关系建立了含电爆炸元件电路的集总参数PSpice电路模型,通过该模型可以对含电爆炸元件电路进行快速模拟计算,给出一些规律性的结果。模拟表明常见金属中银丝的使用效果较好,并且预计使用金丝可能得到更好的效果,负载的大小对于爆炸丝的断流效果有重要影响。这些结论和已知实验规律相符,能够帮助理解电爆炸过程和较好的解释实验现象。

PSpice Simulation and Experiment of the Circuit with Electric Exploding Component

A lumped parameter PSpice model to simulate the circuit with electric exploding component is built based on the relation between metal conductivity and injected energy in the explosion due to strong pulse current flowing through the metal.This model can be applied to quickly simulate the circuit and obtain some electric exploding rules.The simulation results indicate that silver has better characteristic than other commonly used metal materials except gold,and the load also affect the circuit output obviously.
