浇注型聚酯聚氨酯弹性体的合成与性能研究

摘    要:通过聚巳二酸乙二醇酯和甲苯二异氨酸酯(TDI)预聚后,用芳香族胺(MOCA)扩链合成浇注型聚酯聚氨酯弹性体,用FTIR法跟踪研究了不同软、硬段配比对固化初始反应转化率的影响。发现了浇注液的凝胶时间随预聚体NCO含量的降低或添加KD添加剂而被延长.对合成的不同硬段含量聚酯聚氨酯弹性体的应力一应变行为进行了讨论.

Abstract:In the paper, hydroxyl terminated polyadipic - ethanediol - ester with 2, 4 -TDI form NCO terminated prepolymer. When MOCA are used as chain extenders, the polyester urethane elastomers have been synthesized. The effect of the various ratios of soft segment to hard segment on the preliminary curing reaction conversion rate is studied by FTIR tracing method. It is found that the gelation time of casting liguid is prolonged with decreasing of the NCO content of prepolymers or using the additive KD. The influence of different molar ratios of polyester/TDI/MOCA on the stress-strain behavior of polyester-urethane elastomers is dealt with as well.
