油田车载仪表用低功耗单片机抗干扰电源的设计

摘    要:根据油田车载仪表用低功耗单片机应用的特点,设计了以MAX638为中心的直流降压电路和以TL750AC为中心的抗干扰电路组成的油田车载仪表用低功耗单片机的电源电路。该电路具有积极小、功耗低、抗干扰能力强等特点,适用于与89C51/2单片机性能相近的低功耗应用系统。

Abstract:According to the application of low power loss single chip microcontrollers in oilfield truckmounted instrument, a power circuit is designed. The circuit is composed of a DC step down circuit based on MAX638 unit and an anti jamming circuit based on TL7705AC unit The circuit is characterized by small volume, low power loss and highly anti jamming It can be used in a low power loss system similar to 89C51/2 single chip unit
