离心泵径向力的数值分析

摘    要:利用CFD软件,用数值模拟分析了离心泵的内部流动。对比试验与数值计算外特性曲线,趋势一致,说明本文应用数值计算结果建立的离心泵径向力计算模型具有一定的准确性。通过叶轮出口不同截面的静压分布图,探讨叶轮出口各截面的静压分布规律。利用离心泵径向力的数学计算模型,得出各个工况下叶轮所受的径向力。其值与经验公式计算值进行比较,变化趋势一致,进而用现代数值模拟的方法验证了用经验公式计算径向力的准确性。

Abstract:By using CFD software, the interior flow in the centrifugal pump was numerically analyzed. Compare test with numerical calculation of external characteristic curve, the trend line is identical. Through the static pressure distribution of impeller outlet in different sections, the discipline of the static pressure distribution of impeller outlet in different section is explored. By the use of the mathematical calculation model of centrifugal radial force, the value of radial force is obtained. And compare test with numerical calculation empirical formula in calculating, the radial force accuracy is verified by using modern numerical simulation method.
