摘    要:反应堆压力容器(RPV)螺栓法兰连接设计应避免螺栓卡涩并减少螺纹损伤,在RPV主螺栓安装及运行过程中一旦发生主螺栓或螺孔螺纹损伤事故,势必会影响核电站安装或换料的正常进行,增加维修成本,进而影响整个核电站的经济效益。以M310堆型RPV为例,对主螺栓与法兰螺孔的设计进行分析和讨论,并结合核电厂安装及运行中出现的典型螺纹损伤案例,对螺纹损伤原因进行分析,最后对螺栓法兰设计提出改进建议,以减少RPV主螺栓和螺孔螺纹损伤事故,降低螺纹损伤的风险。

Design and Improvement of Bolted Flange Connection for Reactor Pressure Vessel

Abstract:The design of bolted flange connection for reactor pressure vessel( RPV) should prevent bolt stucking and reduce thread damages. It will influence the normal installation and refueling of nuclear power plant,on the thread damage accidents of RPV bolts and hole are happened during the construction and operation phase. It will also increase the cost of repair and impact economical benefit of nuclear power plant. Basing on the M310 nuclear power plant,an analysis and discussion for the design of bolt and bolt hole were made. Then,according to the happened typical thread damages of bolt and bolt hole,the reason of thread damage was analyzed and some improvement researches were made. Finally,some improvements to reduce the incidence and risk of thread damages were proposed.
