摘    要:以硅烷改性聚氨酯预聚物、具有特定粒径的氧化锌粉料、纳米碳酸钙和催化剂等为原料制成了一种抗紫外线性能优异的单组分湿固化硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,并讨论了特定粒径的氧化锌及其添加量对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,当氧化锌用量介于15份~20份时,密封胶具有优异的抗紫外线性能、较好的挤出性能和力学性能。

Abstract:A single-component UV-resistant room temperature vulcanization SPU sealant was prepared by a polyurethane pre-polymer modified with silane and znic oxide(ZnO) powders having parti- cular particle diameter ,nano-calcium carbonate and catalysts as the main raw material, and effects of Znic oxide content on properties of the sealant were discussed. The results showed that the sealant had excellent fluidity and good mechanical properties when the ZnO mass fraction was between 15% and 20 %.
