| Abstract: | Due to the systematic drawbacks,irrationality of power sources,high level of investment and consumption as well as some profound problems such as low development level and the regional imbalance of resources and loads,the reform mode of China's electric industry should be oriented by marketing reform.Various modes and processes should be utilized as well. |
