摘    要:电除尘器电功率容量很大,且设计裕度亦大,某些运行工况下往往造成运行经济性很差,浪费电能。根据锅炉负荷、烟尘特性对电除尘器的运行方式进行调整、优化,节电可达50%以上,大幅度提高了运行经济性。

Abstract:The electric power capacity of electrostatic precipitator (EP) is very large, its designed margin is also big. Under some operation conditions, very bad economic behavior may often occurred in operation, wasting electric energy. Based on the boiler load and the smoke properties, the operation mode has been adjusted and optimized, the electricity-saving can be reached to over 50%, the economic behavior in operation being enhanced in a big margin.
