摘    要:研究了单一形状冲裁件的优化排样算法 ,在此基础上开发了优化排样应用程序。通过程序将排样结果自动生成数控代码并发送到E2 PROM ,使优化排样计算与压力机数控系统紧密相连。并在数控系统中采取了必要的精度补偿措施 ,保证按照优化计算结果进行加工。

Abstract:The algorithm of optimal layout of single-shaped blanking has been worked on hence development of applying computer program which can automatically form NC codes to send to E 2PROM enabling a tight link of optimal layout with punching machine NC systim having adopted necessary measures of precision compensation to ensure to punch according to results of optimal calculation.
