三峡永久船闸开挖及支护施工质量监控

摘    要:三峡永久船闸为双线五级连续船闸,全长6442m,其中主体段1637m。开挖施工分两期进行:一期开挖为大面积揭顶开挖及南、北边坡开挖;二期开挖则主要为船闸主体段切槽开挖。支护施工包括边坡、闸室墙的支护,主要有锚索、锚杆、喷混凝土等支护方式。监理通过采取动态控制与重点控制相结合,事前预控、过程监控与事后检查相结合的方法对现场施工质量进行控制。

Abstract:The Three Gorges double-way and five-step shiplock has a total length of 6 442 m, with a main section of 1 637 m. The excavation was executed in two stages, i. e. , cover excavation of large area and northern slope cut in the first stage and deep trench excavation of the main section in the second stage. The slopes and the chamber walls were supported with anchor cables, anchor bars and shotcrete. The Engineer performed quality control over the site construction by a combined method including dynamic and key locations control, prior control, control in process, and ex post facto inspection.
