内燃机缸套-活塞环磨合试验研究

摘    要:运用铁谱技术对内燃机缸套-活塞环磨合试验不同阶段的油样进行分析,对磨合过程中不同磨损阶段时磨粒的典型特征进行诊断,指出判断异常磨损要视异常磨粒是否具有代表性以及其发展趋势的具体情况而定。

Abstract:Oil samples in different experimental stages of cylinder and piston ring were analyzed based on ferrography. The configurations of wear particles in different wear conditions are diagnosed. Whether the abnormal wear particles has representativeness and their developing tendency should be the main factors to judge abnormal wear phenomenon.
