大港千米桥潜山凝析油气藏酸压技术探索与实

摘    要:文章针对大港千米桥潜山凝析油气藏储层埋藏深、井底温度高、气藏压力低、储层物性及孔洞缝发育状况变化大、主体区块层多井段长等地质特点。在综合考虑酸液缓速、高温缓蚀、降阻、降滤、溶蚀刻蚀能力、利于返排保护产层及措施成本等因素的基础上,开展了酸液体系选择、酸液配方、酸压作用机理等室内研究。给出了适用于千米桥潜山凝析气藏各类储层的酸压工艺方法、酸液配方、施工参数及酸压配套技术,通过现场实施,在板深7井奥陶系潜山取得了高产油气流。在千米桥潜山勘探中取得了战略性突破,初步形成了适合于千米桥古潜山特点的酸压工艺技术,完善了潜山类油气藏开采工艺配套技术,为整个气藏的高效开发做出了有益探索。

Abstract:In light of the geological characteristics of Qianmiqiao buried hill condensate reservoirs in Dagan, such as deep-seated reservoir, high bottomhole temperature, low reservoir pressure, greatly changeful petrophysical property and pore-cavity-fracture distribution, and long multi-payzone interval, etc., the laboratory researches on acidizing fluid selection acidizing fluid formulation and acid fracturing mechanism were carried out on the basis of analyzing these factors as acidizing fluid slowing, high temperature corrosion control, friction reducing, filtrate reducing, corrosion-corrasion ability, reservoir protection and operating cost, etc. The acid fracturing technological methods, acidizing fluid formulation, operating parameters and acid fracturing matching techniques applicable to various reservoir beds in the buried hill condensate reservoirs were put forward, by which a high-yield oil and gas flow was achieved from the Ordovician buried hill in well Banshen-7. Therefore the exploitation matching techniques for such kind of buried hill reservoirs were formed, thus making a valuable probe into the high-effective gas reservoir development.
