Calculation of Spreading Resistance Correction Factors |

| Abstract: | According to unilayer step-junction theory, spreading resistance correction factors are calculated by means of an electronic computer. The correction factors as a function H1 =h1/a and k1 = ρ2-ρ1/ρ2+ρ1 are given in the form of tables which can be used for hand-correction without the aid of the computer. |
