摘    要:为了探索喷射沉积高镁铝合金的组织特点,设计并制备了4种镁的质量分数分别为12%、14%、16.5%、18%的喷射沉积铝合金材料,采用X射线衍射仪、能谱仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和维氏硬度计研究了高镁铝合金的相组成、相的化学成分、组织结构和硬度。结果表明:喷射沉积工艺下,高镁铝合金由Al的固溶体和Al3Mg2化合物组成,室温时Al的固溶体中镁的溶解度最大可达15.4%(质量分数);合金晶粒为细小的等轴晶;合金镁含量越高,晶粒越细,Al3Mg2化合物越多,溶解度、合金硬度越大。

Abstract:Four high magnesium aluminum alloys(the mass fraction of magnesiun is 12wt%,14wt%,16.5wt%,18wt% respectively) were prepared by spray deposition.The phases,phase constituents,microstructure and hardness were analyzed by X-rays diffraction analysis(XRD),energy spectrum analysis(EDS),scanning electronic micrograph(SEM),optical micrograph(OM) and Vickers hardness.The results showed that high magnesium aluminum alloy was consisted of aluminum solid solution and Al3Mg2 compounds under spray deposition process,the solid solubility of magnesium in aluminum was about 15.4wt% in ambient temperature;the alloy grains were fine equiaxed grains;the increase of magnesium concentration resulted in increase of magnesium solid solubility,hardness and volume fraction of Al3Mg2 compounds,and further refinement of grains.
