高得率浆过氧化氢漂白中用弱碱代替强碱的研究进展

摘    要:综述了弱碱(镁碱、Na2CO3)代替强碱在高得率浆过氧化氢漂白中的应用,并做了相关的总结和论述。结果表明,用弱碱代替强碱进行过氧化氢漂白可以提高漂后纸浆的得率,降低H2O2分解,降低漂白废水中的BOD/COD负荷,减少漂后浆中的阴离子垃圾,使造纸工业更加环保。另外,弱碱漂白工艺还可以减少漂白化学品用量,降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益。

Abstract:In this paper, the research and application references of replacement of strong alkali-based hydrogen peroxide bleaching by weak alkali-based (such as magnesium-based, sodium carbonate)hydrogen peroxide bleaching for high yield pulp were reviewed. Suitable substitution of plus alkali can lead to the increase of pulp yield, the reduction of decomposition of peroxide, less BOD and COD in the effluent and less anionic trash in the pulp, which can achieve to an environmental papermaking process. On the other hand, the weak alkali can decrease dosage of bleach chemicals and manufacturing capitals.
