摘    要:根据大型复杂结构监测的工程需求,研究超大容量光纤布拉格光栅传感网络的传感器查询与波长解调原理,设计了与虚拟仪器技术相结合的系统模型;在信号分析与处理、网络通信、数据存储等主要环节提出了与超大容量光纤光栅传感网络分析相适应的技术方案.通过实验验证,单台仪器的测量点数达到1 000点以上,分析速度在1 s之内,波长分辨率为±10 pm,应变量程±800×10-6,温度量程±100℃.实验表明,仪器的量程、精度、速度等指标均满足工程实践的要求.

Abstract:According to the requirement of large complex structure monitoring,the principle of senser detection and wavelength demodulation in super capacity fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensing net was researched,and a model of the system that based on virtual instrument was designed.The technology scheme were proposed which adapt to super capacity FBG sensing net in main aspect,for example,signal processing,communication,data storage,etc.By experimentation,the single equipment can measure exceed 1 000 points,and the time to analyze those sensor is less than 1 s,the equipment gives a wavelength accuracy of about ±10 pm,the strain range the equipment can measure is ±800×10-6,the temperature range the equipment can measure is ± 100 ℃.The results show that the range,precision and velocity of the instrument can all meet the engineering practice demands.
