次氯酸钠溶液对反渗透复合膜的改性

摘    要:用次氯酸钠(NaClO)溶液对一系列商品反渗透复合膜进行改性,考察该改性方法对4种商品反渗透膜的通量、截盐及脱硼性能的影响,同时考察了膜性能与进水pH值的关系.结果表明:通过控制NaClO改性条件可提升反渗透复合膜的脱硼和截盐性能;改性后的膜在进水pH=11的条件下,脱硼率达到最大,透过液中硼质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L,符合WHO饮用水硼浓度标准.

Abstract:A series of commercial reverse osmosis(RO) composite membranes are modified with NaClO,and the effects of the modification for four commercial RO membranes on permeate flux,salt rejection and boron removal are investigated.The relation between membrane performance and feed pH value is also studied.The results indicate that controlled sodium hypochlorite modification is conducted to improve the boron removal and salt rejection performance of RO membranes.Boron can be removed efficiently at pH of 11 after mod...
