线性体合成反应性氨基硅油的工艺研究

摘    要:采用线性体(WC62M)、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为原料,在碱催化下通过共缩聚反应合成反应性氨基硅油.考察了反应温度、反应时间、偶联剂用量、催化剂用量等因素对氨基硅油氨值和黏度的影响,并用红外、核磁共振氢谱对产物结构进行了表征.结果表明:氨基硅油的氨值随着偶联剂用量的增大而提高;其黏度随着偶联剂用量的减少、反应温度的提高和反应时间的延长而增大,随着催化剂用量的增加先增大后减小再增大.

Abstract:Reactive aminosilicone is synthesized by hydrolysis and condensation between linear polydimethylsiloxane and N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylmethydimethoxysilane using sodium hydroxide as catalyst.The effects of catalyst dosage,the amount of aminosilane coupling agent,the reaction temperature and time on the amine value and viscosity of aminosilicone are investigated.The product is characterized by means of FT-IR and 1H NMR.The results show that the amine value of reative aminosilicone raises with coupling agent dosage increasing;its viscosity increases with coupling agent dosage descending,reaction temperature heighten and time extending,and viscosity changes wavily with catalyst dosage increasing.
