加料方式对锆合金铸锭成分均匀性的影响

摘    要:分别以合金包方式与人工混料方式加入合金元素,经三次真空自耗熔炼制出了两个Zirlo锆合金铸锭.通过对熔炼的一次、二次和三次铸锭的化学成分进行对比,分析了加料方式对铸锭成分均匀性的影响.结果表明,与合金包加料方式相比,采用人工混料的加料方式能明显提高锆合金铸锭成分的均匀性.
