| 摘 要： | 多孔硅作为一种具有特殊功能的结构材料,在燃料电池特别是微型燃料电池中,可用作扩散层、质子交换层和重整器等构件。介绍了应用于微型燃料电池的多孔硅的结构特点及其制备方法,综述了多孔硅在微型燃料电池领域中的应用研究进展。

| Abstract: | As a structural material with especial function,porous silicon can be used as diffusion-layer,proton-exchange membrane and reformer units in fue l cell especially in micro fuel cell. The structure characteristic and the prepa ration methods of porous silicon used in micro fuel cell were briefly introduced . The research progress on application of porous silicon in micro fuel cell area were discussed. |
