发电机端部绕组电动力计算及振动分析

摘    要:大型汽轮发电机运行时由于强大电磁力的作用,定子端部绕组的振动难以避免,由此而引发的事故时有发生,从而影响着发电机的正常运行。文中给出了端部绕组的电动力计算方法,并根据大型电机的结构特点建立了定子绕组固有振动频率和强迫振动方程。对大型发电机端部绕组电动力的计算及振动分析表明,影响定子端部绕组振动的主要因素是该段绕组所受到的电动力密度、绕组绑定的位置与牢固程度,可以通过合理分布绑定位置或增加绑定数目来改善绕组的振动问题,并通过实验数据加以证明。

Abstract:Owing to the strong electromagnetic force action, it is hard to avoid the end winding vibration in the large turbogenerator stator. Accidents thus caused have been reported from time to time which affect the generator's normal operation. The calculating method of the end winding electrodynamic force is given. Based on the structural characteristics of large generators, the natural vibration frequency and forced vibration equation of stator winding is set up. Through an analysis of the electrodynamic force calculation and vibration on the end winding of the turbo-generator, it is shown that the main factor affecting the end winding vibration is the electrodynamic force density as well as the position and fastness level of the winding bind. It is shown that winding vibration can be eased by rationally distributing the position of bindings or increasing the number of bindings, a conclusion that has been proved by experimental data.
