摘    要:本文介绍了一种新型的螺杆泵井远程自动闭环控制系统,通过实时监测的电参数数据,利用RBF神经网络对电参数和油井动液面间的映射关系进行建模,实现动液面的连续监测.并根据其变动自动调整变频器,达到供排平衡,自适应的调整产量和效率之间的关系.这一控制系统能够解决低液量井低效运行和过沉没度运行的问题,与现场的实际应用环境能够很好...

Abstract:A new screw pump closed-loop automatic control system is introduced in this paper.Based on the RBF neural network,the model between real-time monitored electrical parameter and working fluid level is constructed and by means of automatic control of frequency converter,the relationship between production and efficiency is adjusted adaptively.The control system is able to solve the problem of evacuation and over submergence depth,which is adaptive to the application environment.Field application shows that th...
