摘    要:选用合适的旋压设备,设计合理的工艺装备和旋压毛坯,通过实践加工验证,完善了变壁厚薄壁筒形件的旋压工艺参数(道次压下量、进给比、旋压方式等),得出了既能保证产品力学性能,又能保证产品质量和精度的旋压加工工艺方案。

Abstract:By chosing suitable spinning equipment and designing reasonable tools and spinning blank the spinning process parameters( thickness reduction per pass, feed rate of rollers, spinning mode) of thin-walled cylindrical parts with variable wall thickness are improved through manufacturing test. The spinning process scheme is obtained by which mechanical property of the product can be ensured and the quality and precision can be ensured too.
