论企业寿命周期的制约因素

作为资本运营和资本扩张主体的企业 ,其生产要素的有机整合是靠人格化的权威关系来完成的。如果企业的边际组织成本低于市场机制的边际交易成本 ,企业的寿命周期就会延长 ,否则 ,企业就是短命的。因此 ,研究制约企业寿命周期的企业边界弹性程度、企业内部资本结构、企业创新活动、企业产品市场容量等因素就有重要的理论和现实意义。

The Restrictive Elements of the Life Cycle of Enterprises

Enterprises are bodies of capital operations and enlargements.The organic integration of their production essetially depends on the relations of personified authority.If their marginal organzation cost is less than marginal exchange cost of the market mechanism,their life cycle would be prolonged.Otherwise,they are short lived.Therefore,there is theoretical and practical significance to study some important factors which restrict enterprises' life cycle such as marginal elasticity, interior capital structure, innovation activities and production market capacity.
