| 摘 要： | 介绍了绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)几种必要性能参数的意义和选择要求,为开关电源场合中IGBT的应用选择提供依据.以降压斩波电路作为实验平台,对同一电压电流等级不同型号的FF1200R17KE3_B2和2MBI1200UG-170进行了理论分析与实验结果比较,确定了各自的性能特点.

| Abstract: | The datasheet connotation and the requirement of selection are presented in order to provide the basis for IGBT selection in switching power supply.By the experiment which based on Buck chopper circuit,the FF1200R17KE3_B2 is compared with 2MBI1200UG-170 in theory and experiment,and the characteristics are determined. |
