| 摘 要： | 本文分析了精馏塔动态机理建模的几种主要方法,提出了一种新的精馏塔动态机理分离块模型,该模型用分离块代替平衡级塔板,每个分离块可包含任意个平衡级,可大大减少模型的方程数和微分方程的阶数.该模型具有物理意义明确,建模灵活,通用性强,计算量小等特点,适用于精馏塔动态及静态在线优化控制.

| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of some main methods of dynamic mechanism modelling of distillation column,an new separation-pieces-dynamic-mechanism model has been developed.In this model the separation pieces replace the equilibrium stages and every separation piece includes several equilibrium stages,and then the number of equations and the order of differential equations would be reduced .The advantages of this model is that clear physical characteristics and elastic modelling.The model presented in this paper can be applicable on-line optimal control of dynamic and static state of distillation column. |
