摘    要:从表观质量、上锌量、电化学测试结果考察加入微量铝和钛对锌镀层的影响。结果表明,铝和钛最佳加入量分别为O.05%以下和O.03%,得到的镀层耐蚀性强,表观质量好。

Abstract:The effects of addition of Al and Ti on the hot dipped zinc coating are investigated by the analysis of the surface quality, the plating weight and the electrochemical property. The results show that the optimum dosage of Al and Ti are below 0.05% and 0.03% respectively, the coating produced in this condition are excellent in corrosion resistivity and surface quality.
