折返式鼠笼弹性支承刚度试验技术研究

摘    要:为准确测量折返式鼠笼弹性支承的刚度,在对其进行数值分析的基础上,设计了自动控制刚度试验系统,根据试验数据分析不同的位移传感器、不同的施力位置、测点位置和力施加速度对支承刚度试验值的影响。研究表明:数值仿真得到的鼠笼弹性支承变形规律与试验测试结果一致,折返套尾端位移比折返处大,且位移与施加的力呈线性关系;不同直径的电涡流传感器测得的刚度与电子千分表相比,最大偏差为10.17%;折返处的刚度测量值稳定性好,力施加位置改变时刚度测量值的最大变化幅度仅为2%,而折返套尾部刚度的最大变化幅度达到20.6%;力施加速度小于60 N/s时其对刚度试验值影响很小。

Abstract:Abstract:To accurately measure the stiffness of a fold-back squirrel cage type elastic support,on the basis of a numerical analysis,designed was an automatically controlled stiffness testing system and analyzed was the influence of various displacement sensors,various force application locations,measuring locations and speed of the force applied on the stiffness measurement results.It has been found that the law governing the deformation of the squirrel cage type elastic support numerically simulated is in agreement with the test one.The displacement of the fold back sleeve at its tail end will be greater than that at the fold-back location and such a displacement will assume a linear relationship with the force applied.The maximum deviation between the stiffness measured by using electrical vortex sensors with various diameters and that measured by using an electronic micrometer gauge will be 10.17%.The stiffness values measured at the fold-back location will have a good stability.When the location of the force applied changes,the maximum variation amplitude of the stiffness values measured will be only 2% while that of the fold back sleeve measured at its tail end will arrive at 20.6%.When the speed or growth rate of the force applied is less than 60 N/s,the force will have a very small influence on the stiffness values tested.
