摘    要:燃气分布式发电由于其灵活、高效、清洁等诸多优点被越来越广泛应用。同时,由于燃气分布式电站在机组特性、运行管理、生产经营等方面与传统火电及重型燃机存在明显差异,当前普遍存在机组非计划停运频繁,可靠性低的特点。某电力集团针对燃气分布式发电企业可靠性运行现状,对集团内9家电厂、5种机型,总计570次非计划停运进行分析,总结了当前机组存在的共性问题,从管理、运行、技术监督的角度提出了应对策略,对燃气分布式电站前期选型、设计优化具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:Gas distributed generation is widely used because of its advantages of flexibility, efficiency, cleanliness and so on. At the same time, there are too many unplanned outages of gas distributed units, mainly because of the obvious differencc between distributed power plants and traditional thermal power plants or heavy duty gas turbines in terms of unit characteristics, operation & maintenance and management. Apower group studied a total of 5 types of units, 9 distributed power plants and 570 unplanned outages. The common problems existing in the current units are summarized, and the countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of management, operation and technical supervision. These suggestions are of important reference value for the pre selection and design optimization of the gas distributed power station.
