基于西安高新区循环工况的纯电动城市客车动力系统匹配及仿真研究

摘    要:以西安市高新区运营的纯电动城市客车为实验对象,利用数据采集仪器Race-Technology记录车辆往返路线中的主要参数,采用SPSS软件中的主成分分析法和聚类分析法将站点运动区间分成代表不同运行特征的类别,以此构建具有代表性的西安市高新区城市客车行驶工况,根据构建的行驶工况对纯电动城市客车的动力系统进行参数匹配。对于匹配后的模型,利用仿真软件AVL-CRUISE建立相应车辆仿真模型,并在已建立的循环工况下分别对匹配的纯电动车辆模型与在西安市高新区运营的纯电动城市客车BYD-K9车辆进行综合性能仿真对比,结果表显示由于匹配车辆的动力传动速比为定值,对于动力性有所影响,但满足高新区行驶要求,电能消耗明显小于BYD-K9纯电动城市客车。

Abstract:Based on the pure electric city bus operation of Xi'an high tech Zone, the vehicle driving route was recordedand the data was acquired by the Race-Technology instrument.Principal component analysis in the software SPSS was adopted to class site motion intervals and the cluster analysis method was utilized to construct new categories Xi'an city district.The city electric bus power systems were matched according to the establisheddriving conditions.Then the corresponding vehicle simulation model was set up by using the simulation softwareAVL-CRUISE.Finally, the comprehensive performance simulations of the matched pure electric vehicle model and the pure electric city bus BYD-K9 vehicle operating in Xi'an hi tech Zone were carried out under the established driving cycle.The results show that as the speed ratio of the matching vehicle is fixed, the match has some influence on the power performance, but meets the requirements of the high-tech zone, and the power consumption is significantly less than the BYD-K9 pure electric city bus.
