摘    要:本文采用正交试验的方法优化等离子球化钨粉的试验参数,最终确定最优的参数为:电压75V,电流500A,送粉速度50g/min,喷射距离50cm,主气流量1800ml/min。球化后的钨粉流动性由17.7s/50g变化到5.8s/50g,球化后是球化前的32.8%,松装密度由原来的4.94g/cm~3提高到10.84 g/cm~3,增加了一倍有余。

Abstract:The parameters of the spheroidizing tungsten powder by plasma were optimized through orthogonal test. The optimized parameters were confirmed finally: the voltage was 75V, the current was 500A, the feeding rate was 50g/min, the spraying distance was 50cm, the main fuel flow was 1800 ml/min. The flowing rate and the apparent density of the raw tungsten powder were 17.7s/50g and 4.94g/cm3 respectively. They have improved to be 5.8s/50g and 10.84 g/cm3 after spheroidizing respectively. The flowing rate of the spheroidizing tungsten powder was 32.8% of the raw one and the apparent density of it was doubled.
