声波法测量炉膛四角切圆速度场重建仿真

摘    要:基于声学矢量层析成像原理,对炉内二维速度场进行重建,实现炉内速度场的在线监测。针对炉内典型测量二维截面,布置8个有效声学测点,选取四角切圆简化模型速度场进行重建仿真。使用6个参量标定模型速度场,通过拟牛顿迭代法确定模拟速度场参数。对重建结果加入6%以内的随机扰动后重建结果仍然可靠,验证了该算方法的准确性和稳定性,可为大型电站锅炉速度场声学测量提供指导。

Abstract:Abstract:Based on the principles of the acoustic vector tomography,reconstructed was a two-dimensional speed field inside a furnace and realized was an on-line monitoring of the speed field inside the furnace.For the typical two-dimensional cross section measured in the furnace,a total of 8 effective acoustic measuring points were arranged and the speed field in a tangentially fired simplified model was chosen to conduct the reconstruction and simulation.6 parameters were used to calibrate the speed field in the model.The quasi Newton iteration method was adopted to determine the parameters of the speed field to be simulated.After a stochastic disturbance within a range of less than 6% had been rationally added to the acoustic wave travel-time difference,it has been proven that the results reconstructed are rational and effective,thus verifying that the calculation method in question are correct and stable,capable of offering guidance for acoustic measurements of the speed fields in large-sized utility boilers.
